Culinary Mike ... goes Veggie :-)))
Well now. It all started with a chicken - so you know the answer to that now.
Germany, 1989. Quiet international area of a mainline station. Next stop France.
My friend and I check into a cafeteria to eat dinner, whereupon the only thing I can find to eat is what looks like a whole chicken, bones sticking up everywhere. Says my friend: "That's the reason I'm veggie."
Several years later, and several attempts to crack this particular nut, I am trying once again to link up my ethics with my diet. So here goes...
Oh but just one thing, I happen to be a food writer, and live in Paris, so I have a challenge ahead. If you're still interested, watch this space.
